Ours front desk hours are:
Sunday – Thursday
9:00 AM–12:30 PM
1:30 PM–6:00 PM
Friday – Saturday
9:00 AM–12:30 PM
1:30 PM–8:00 PM

We want to guarantee a pleasant self check-in process in case you arrive outside our front desk operating hours. If you arrive outside these hours, you will receive instructions at your registered email. These instructions will help you to access your unit.

If you wish to extend your stay please do before check out date. Extending your stay is subject to availability.
Late check-outs are subject to additional fees and must be approved by management in advance. Failure to check out by the specified time without prior approval will result in a late fee.

Payment Policies
ALL GUESTS MUST PRESENT VALID GOVERMENT-ISSUED PHOTO I.D. AT CHECK IN such as driver license or passport.
A Valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation and for incidental charges or fees that may be incurred during your hotel stay. Payment is due before arrival.
We accept (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $100.00 is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, pending an inspection of the room for any damages.
Guest Responsibilities. This is a mandatory charge per accommodation per stay.
This will be collected with a credit card payment only. NO CASH PAYMENTS ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSITS.

Guests are responsible for:
Maintaining the cleanliness of their room during their stay.
Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to management immediately.
Adhering to all hotel rules and regulations.
Ensuring the behavior of all guests and visitors does not disrupt other guests.
Returning the room key to the front desk upon check out. If checking out before office open. Please drop keys in Lock Box located in the front office.

Prohibited Activities:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred.
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
Creating excessive noise that disturbs other guests.
Conducting any form of solicitation or commercial activity on the hotel property is strictly prohibited.

Extended Stays: Palm Breeze Hotel is not intended for extended stays. Stays cannot be extended beyond 28 days.

No pets are allowed, with the exception of certified service animals. Service animals must be properly identified and under the control of their handler at all times.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during these hours.

Use of Palm Breeze Hotel facilities, such as the pool, and, laundry room, is subject to posted rules and regulations. Management reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or other reasons.

Housekeeping service is provided. If a guest refuses housekeeping service, management reserves the right to conduct a room inspection for safety and maintenance purposes. Please inform the front desk if you have any specific housekeeping requests.

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your valuables.
Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
